As a candidate in an unstable work environment how do you know if your recruiter or recruiting firm is actually working for you?  To be honest, you don’t unless you sit side by side with that individual or firm on a daily basis listening to them make calls and watching them send out emails trying to secure you employment.  I’m sure we have all worked with a recruiter or recruiting firm sometime during our career who promised us the world only to never hear from them again.  Extremely frustrating!
