Creative Recruiting Solutions was developed by Kevin Wallquist in May of 2010 who after serving over 10 years in the national recruiting space for large suppliers realized that box solutions and elevated fees should not be  your only criteria when selecting a recruiting partner.  Creative Recruiting Solutions uses a consultative approach to our business to mutually explore what problems or results our clients are trying to address and help define and deliver results against those problems. This process allows us to truly understand the culture of your business and establish a level of trust on the front end so we can celebrate the success of hiring top talent on the back end. We have always practiced in an ethical manner while staying committed to exceeding our clients expectations.
